Sinomech has a great R&D team, comprised of more than 10 engineers with top industry experience. They are capable of providing targeted solutions for each customer based on individual needs. We also have a technology service team to carry out technology tests and trial manufacturing of samples.

Spare Parts Supply
We have a complete spare part warehousing and logistics system, which allows us to supply our spare parts to customers on time, regardless of where they may be in the world.

Remote Service
Sinomech machines can also be equipped with Sinomech Global Remote Support System (SGRSS) for real time remote monitoring, online diagnostics, and online uploading and downloading of programs. We guarantee efficient service, even outside the warranty period. After the warranty period has ended, our engineers will still regularly visit customs to provide service and spare parts at favorable prices.
